My position is that if an alcoholic is still waking up every day, there’s a path for him or her to get sober if they want it. Even if we were all doing the same exact things to get and stay sober – we would still have our own personal experiences doing it. This makes each person and path unique.
Isn’t that great?
On a different note – I was watching Blue Planet last night. Apparently, there’s a deep sea fish out there that’s born a female and at some point during it’s adulthood it goes through some sort of fishy metamorphosis. It goes into a hole in the rocks as a female and emerges as a male. A MALE!! Why isn’t there a fish out there that’s born a male and turns into a female? What’s up with that?!

How can folks be expected to keep their cool when bizarre weirdness like this is taking place in our oceans?
